Cascades at Estero is a 55+ gated active adult communit, which also allows a percentage of under 55 to reside in our community. Cascades offers its owners an affordable lifestyle amid lush landscaping and a wide
variety of services and amenities. We are conveniently close to Naples, Bonita
Springs and Ft. Myers, the international airport, I-75, and the gulf beaches.
Our community offers its residents a
state-of-the art clubhouse facility which includes both an oversized outdoor
pool, an attached indoor swimming pool, a ballroom facility that supports
entertainment programs, dances, various parties, theatre productions, a chorus
program, among many other activities sponsored by the many clubs and activity
groups that make the Cascades a wonderful place to live.In addition, our clubhouse facility hosts a
professional billiards room, several card rooms, a library, and an arts and
crafts room that includes a kiln for pottery.Next to the clubhouse facility is a physical fitness center that includes
up-to-date workout equipment, a dance studio, and bathroom facilities, showers,

We are very proud of the fact that we
are a recognized tennis community within the Naples, Ft. Myers, and Estero
communities with an outstanding Tennis Pro on site.Our six professional Har-Tru tennis courts and our tennis pro
enable our community to participate in a number of competitive leagues within
the Bonita Springs, Estero, and Ft. Myers area.Both our 55+ women’s and men’s teams have been extremely successful in
winning First Place in both fall and winter seasons within past years.
Cascades is also a very active bocce community with newly re-surfaced and lighted bocce courts.Once again our owners play bocce both on a competitive level among other
communities within our area and within our own community.Our competitive bocce teams have done very
well and bocce provides our owners with just another way to remain physically
active and healthy.
