This site is for owner residents of Cascades in Estero Florida. It is a voluntary membership. This site and it's members do not represent the community of Cascades in Estero nor the Home Owners Association of Cascades in Estero.

This site does not represent the builder of Cascades in Estero.

The Board of Directors of Cascades in Estero or the Home Owners Association of Cascades in Estero may request  the Forum administration to disseminate information via this site or request a poll of the members to facilitate a decision they are considering. However, the Board is reminded and cautioned, that the members of this Forum do not represent all the owner residents of Cascades in Estero.

There will be only one membership user ID per household. This enables polls, relative to the households in Cascades, not to be diluted by homes with multiple occupants. The user ID will be the unit owners real last and first name with no blanks. Capitalize the first letter of each name. SmithJohn would be an example. Multiple occupants of a home may use the forum by logging in with the one official membership ID and signing their posts with their name. As an example members residing in the home of John Smith would log in with the SmithJohn user ID but sign their post with, e.g., Mary Smith
