As residents of Cascades, we are provided by the Homeowners Association with the

Your Home Inside and Out

• Basic cable television service.

• 24-hour monitoring of security alarm system.

• All yard maintenance around homes including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and
  and pesticide application to lawns, weeding, maintenance of irrigation system, and
  replacement of sod.

Staffing and Community Management

• Professional management company services, plus administrative expenses.

• 24-Hour staffing of gatehouse.

• Full-time on-site social director for community clubhouse.

• All required insurance coverage for all association property.
